There are many types of egg sandwiches in breakfast. One type is the Western omelette sandwich, which usually contains ham, cheese, and eggs. Another type is the frittata sandwich, which is an Italian-style omelette that usually contains vegetables, meats, and cheese. Yet another type is the breakfast burrito, which can be filled with meat, cheese, vegetables, and eggs. This article will focus on the breakfast burrito.

Breakfast burritos are usually made with Mexican-inspired ingredients such as chorizo (a type of spicy sausage), beans, rice, jalapeno peppers or chilli peppers, onions, cilantro or coriander, and cheese. The filling is wrapped in a tortilla shell native to Mexico called a “tortilla de maiz,” or corn tortilla, which can be used either lard-free or with a small amount of oil so that it does not crack when folded.

The ingredients are cooked in a skillet until browned and then mixed. The eggs are scrambled with the rest of the ingredients in the skillet and then transferred to a plate, leaving enough room for another tortilla. Another tortilla is placed on top of the eggs and ingredients until it becomes warm, at which point the tortilla-wrapped eggs are rolled onto themselves so that they can be eaten without having to use utensils.

Western Omelette Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 6 eggs – beaten, 1/2 cup milk or cream, 1/4 cup chopped ham or cooked crumbled bacon, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk or cream, ham or bacon, salt and pepper. Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and allow to melt. Fold omelette in half and remove from heat.

Frittata Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 12 eggs – separated, 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk, 1 cup shredded cooked broccoli, 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1/4 cup chopped onion or green onions, salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13 inch pan. In a medium bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form; set aside. In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, cream or milk, broccoli, cheese, onion or green onions salt and pepper. Fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Pour into the pan and bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.

Spinach And Cheese Omelette Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 6 eggs – beaten, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves.

Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs, cheese and spinach leaves. Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm about 5-7 minutes. Fold omelette in half and remove from heat.

Portobello Mushroom And Cheese Omelette Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 3 eggs – beaten, 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2 portobello mushrooms – stems removed, sliced into strips.

Sauce Ingredients: 3 tbsp cream cheese – softened, 1 tbsp milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: In a medium bowl mix the beaten eggs with the cheese and mushrooms strips. Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm about 5-7 minutes. Fold omelette in half and remove from heat. Mix the cream cheese and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

Heat a pan with some oil and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until cooked through. Slice it diagonally, just like you would slice bread. Smear the sauce over one half of the omelette and place the other half over the sauce. Serve immediately.

Pesto Omelette Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 6 eggs – beaten, 1/4 cup basil pesto, 3 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.

Sauce Ingredients: 3 tbsp cream cheese – softened, 1 tbsp milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: In a medium bowl, combine the beaten eggs with the pesto, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm about 5-7 minutes. Fold omelette in half and remove from heat. Mix the cream cheese and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.

Chicken And Egg Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients: 4 eggs – beaten, 1/4 cup cream or milk, 2 tbsp butter or margarine, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken meat.

Sauce Ingredients: 3 tbsp cream cheese – softened, 1 tbsp milk, salt and pepper to taste.

Instructions: In a medium bowl mix the beaten eggs with the milk, butter or margarine, cheese and salt and pepper to taste. Heat the butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium heat until melted. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the eggs are firm about 5-7 minutes. Fold omelette in half and remove from heat. Mix the cream cheese and milk and add salt and pepper to taste.
