What Do We Need For Healthy Egg Breakfast?
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 tomato
- 20 grams of grated cheese
- 1 egg size XL or 2 sizes M
How Do We Prepare It?
We will start the first of our recipes with egg chopping onion, parsley, and tomato in small squares. In a hot pan with a little oil, add the onion.
When it is golden we add the cooked ham and the tomato. We cook everything well until the tomato is soft and all integrated, like a sauce.
At the last moment, we add the chopped parsley, to leave it crispy and reserve on a plate.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the previous mixture and mix well.
It is preferable that when we pour the mixture into the beaten eggs it is not very hot since the egg will start to curdle early and the result will not be the same.
In a skillet pan with a little hot oil and pour the previous mixture. When the base begins to curdle we will put the cheese from the center outwards, leaving the edges free so that it does not come out, and we will close the egg creating a crescent.
We brown a little on both sides to make it cooked inside and serve.

How Do We Prepare It?
Let’s start by making a hole in the center of the slice of bread. If you have a cookie mold or similar you can use it and give it the shape that you like.
if you can not help yourself with a small glass pressing on the center of the bread and there will be a round hole. Do not throw away the leftover, as we can also use it later.
We will take a pan with oil, either aerosol or by placing droplets and distributing with a napkin. When it is hot we put the bread and in the hollow that we have created we throw the egg and sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder on top.
Once the toasted bread is turned around so that the bread is roasted on the other side and the egg is cooked well. If we like the yolk to be very well done, we will leave it longer, on the contrary, if we like the liquid yolk we will leave it just enough to finish making the egg white, to everyone’s taste.
We can only serve and enjoy our breakfast. The bread that we remove from the center can be set aside for another recipe or toasted as well and put some grated tomato and ham on top to make a mini toast.
